It's Go Time

Updated: Oct 28, 2020

Things are getting serious folks.

We open in four days.

Yes, you read that right. On Tuesday, October 1st we will officially open our doors to the public! Join us from 11am to 7pm on Tuesdays through Fridays and 10am until 4pm on Saturdays to shop from now until forever.

Our physical location at 401 N Broadway, Suite C is ready for customers looking for great locally made products to fill their homes and offices with. Our team of nearly 20 regional artisans has stocked the store with everything from graphic tees to prints to soaps and candles. I can assure you we have something for everyone; from grandma to the newborn in your life!

Along with the excitement of preparing to open, we’re also so excited to announce the addition of four amazing team members to the Sonder Girl Gang. This team is a group of amazing students who are passionate about localism and our community and they are eager to help you find your new localist obsession. So, without further ado, I introduce our sales associates:

Sarah Colyer

Sarah joins our team as a senior at Pittsburg State University studying communication. Sarah is from Pittsburg, KS and is so excited to see downtown continue to grow and have so much to offer the community. Sarah’s current item obsession in the store is the graphic tee line. We are so excited to have sweet Sarah on our team!

Taylor Edwards

Taylor comes to Pitt from Springfield, MO to study elementary education at PSU. Taylor’s favorite item in the store right now would have to be the Cropped Pitt Hoodie, an item that has been flying off the shelves at recent pop-ups. Taylor is so excited to be on the Sonder team and can’t wait to find your favorite item next week when we open!

Sydnie Storm

Sydnie is currently a junior at Pitt State studying communication as well. She comes from Webb City, MO and brings great retail experience to the table. Her current item crush is the Kansas Crewneck Sweatshirt- who can blame her?! Come see Sydnie on Tuesday at 11am- she’s opening the store for the first time ever, lets show her lots of love!

Lacey Williams

Last, but certainly not least, is Lacey! Lacey studies nursing at Pitt State. She lives in Block22 and aside from walking her adorable pup around town, she can’t wait to just walk down the stairs to work (we’re a little jealous too). Lacey’s current item obsession is our new lavender vanilla soy candles. She comes to Pitt from Harrisonville, MO and boy are we glad she did. Come see Lacey and say hi!
